Shipping & Returns Policy
Here at Vantri Shop, we provide competitive prices and free worldwide shipping. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 10-14 business days. Please note that factors out of our control such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on delivery time. Our main priority is to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible.
Vantri Shop processes all orders in Canadian Dollar. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in your countries currency, you will checkout using Canadian Dollar at the most current exchange rate.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details with your tracking number. Tracking numbers and links may take up to 5 days to start tracking. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. The customer is responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by their government—including, but is not limited to, refused deliveries and failed delivery attempts. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on the package coming outside of your country.
Customers have 48 hours to contact us about any order that arrives damaged and 7 days to return an item in the original packaging. Customers are also responsible for the return shipping costs, unless fault is on our side. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund status. Once approved, your refund will immediately be processed to the original method of payment.
